Die Eier leicht aufschlagen und mit dem Espresso unterr\u00fchren.<\/p>\n<p>Die \u00fcbrigen Zutaten separat vermischen und mit der Buttermischung zu einem klebrigen Teig vermengen. Die gehackten N\u00fcsse und Rosinen unterheben.<\/p>\n<p>Den fertigen Teig auf ein Blech streichen (ca. 1 cm hoch) und bei 190\u00b0C um die 20-25 Minuten backen. Etwas abk\u00fchlen lassen und anschliessend mit Waln\u00fcssen und der fertig anger\u00fchrten Kaffeeglasur garnieren.
