En effet, les cultivateurs de caf\u00e9 ne tenaient entre leurs mains que la culture, la transformation et la vente de \u00ab\u00a0l&rsquo;or noir\u00a0\u00bb \u00e9tant assur\u00e9es par les interm\u00e9diaires. C&rsquo;est ce d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre que 50 hommes et femmes ont voulu changer en fondant, dans les ann\u00e9es 70, la coop\u00e9rative de caf\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0La Florida\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aujourd&rsquo;hui, on y fait un travail de pionnier en mati\u00e8re d&rsquo;\u00e9galit\u00e9 des sexes et de promotion des femmes : La Florida est consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme un exemple parfait de l&rsquo;\u00e9tablissement des femmes \u00e0 des postes de direction gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des formations et des entra\u00eenements cibl\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div style=\"height:64px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-coblocks-gallery-masonry masonry-grid has-small-gutter\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large masonry-brick\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1000\" height=\"750\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bertschi-cafe.ch\/webseite\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/bertschi-kaffee-bio-la-florida-1-1000x750-1.png\" alt=\"Caf&#xE9;
